College Scholarship in Photo Contest Ends March 18, 2011

University Language Services wants to know what inspires students to study abroad. And now, they’re hosting a photo scholarship contest to get some (creative) answers. University Language Services will award one $500 grand prize scholarship and two $100 scholarships in its newest contest. New federal student loan interest rate 2010

On July 1, 2010, the interest rate for subsidized federal student loans dropped to 3.4%. This is third year in a row it has dropped.
